  Mario from piva started off pleasantly enough but when I questioned him about charging for work that was not completed he became defensive and refused to continue working on the car. I was Ok with this as I found pivas prices very high and over charging for the work that was done so I wouldn't have let him touch our car again. English is not his first language so beware that his terminology may not be accurate. I wouldn't recommend this mechanic due to their unprofessionalism and high prices. I feel he took advantage of my partner because she is a woman but when questioned by a man who knows what he's talking about, he became agitated and refused to deal with us.

  Jason helped me at short notice with a problem I had with my Pajeiro. Took my Golf back since for a service which was the first time I hadn't taken it to the dealer due to a outrageous costs. The service was fine, much cheaper than the dealer and it's going better than ever.
